These terms govern the use of the game Knapsack (“the Game”) on iOS. By installing or using the Game, you accept them.
Knapsack is a role-playing and packing game, playable offline. The Game is free; certain worlds and an in-game currency called shards may be acquired through in-app purchase, under the conditions described in the terms of sale.
The Game asks for no registration, no password and no email address. If Game Center is active on your device, the Game uses your Game Center identifier and nickname to attach your progress and publish your scores. Otherwise, a technical identifier is generated locally on the device.
You may delete your saved progress at any time from the Game Settings. That deletion is permanent.
A manifestly impossible score may be removed from the leaderboards. An account used to circumvent purchases may lose access to the online services (cloud save and leaderboards); the Game remains playable offline.
The online services — cloud save and leaderboards — may be interrupted for maintenance or incidents. The Game remains playable without them: progress is kept on the device. No permanent availability is guaranteed.
The Game, its code, its artwork and its sounds are the property of the publisher, with the exception of the Cairopixel typeface (© GGBotNet), used under the SIL Open Font License 1.1.
These terms may change. The update date appears at the top of the page. A substantial change will be signalled in the Game.
